Our Mission
The mission of the Salina Clinic is to provide quality medical care in a friendly, professional manner.
No function within the Salina Clinic is independent of the other functions. Everyone is involved in scheduling, diagnosis, treatment, billing and collection.
Efforts to achieve our goal begin with the first patient contact. Whether by telephone or in person, our attempts to meet patient's needs will produce a lasting impression. When one is greeted promptly with a caring attitude, it shows sincere interest in the patient.
Patient care during examination, procedures and treatment will strive to be proficient and timely. Medical care should be provided to treat each patient as The Most Important Person to the provider.
Timely, correct coding for charges is imperative for coordination of services and billing.
Billing for services and collection of charges will be done in a helpful and courteous manner with each patient treated as an individual. Billing and collection contacts will be friendly and firm, showing that prompt, full payment is expected.
